What is ChatOptiq?

ChatOptiq is a governed conversation-intelligence platform for counselling professionals, consultants and support workers. It helps organise authorised typed conversations into source-linked context, goals, actions and human-reviewed reports. It supports human work; it does not diagnose, provide medical advice or make autonomous consequential decisions.

How does a professional start a chat with a client or participant?

The professional first sets up or signs in to their secure organisation workspace. They create or open an assigned case, record the relevant consent and then open a consent-gated conversation. The public-site guide never hosts a client conversation or accepts confidential details.

What does the invited participant see?

An invitee sees their own secure typed chat, visible AI Assist-enabled status, consent controls, and only summaries or actions that have been explicitly shared. They do not see the professional’s AI assistance, internal notes, tags, organisation analytics, package matches, offers, website links or unshared AI suggestions.

What does AI Assist-enabled mean for an invitee?

It means ChatOptiq can help the assigned professional organise the authorised chat for accuracy and efficiency. The chat remains a record subject to the applicable privacy policy and consent conditions. The participant can see that the mode is active and can review consent, but the professional’s private assistance layer is not displayed to them.

Can ChatOptiq match a conversation to packages or offers?

In a Business Consultant workspace, ChatOptiq can surface approved packages, offers and website links to the professional as a source-linked, unconfirmed review cue. For example, a stated $3,500 monthly spend may open private package options, inclusions and approved source references for the professional to review. It does not automatically make a recommendation, disclose an offer or send a link to the invitee.

Can the professional prepare something to show the client?

Yes. After reviewing an approved option, the professional can prepare a client-ready page in their private workspace. ChatOptiq can use the agreed conversation context to draft plain-language information, but the professional remains the author and approver. It becomes visible to the participant only when the professional deliberately shares it as an auditable shared item.

What plans are available?

Counselling Professional access is $99 AUD/month with a $49/month introductory offer for the first three months. Gym & Coaching Studio has the same offer and includes one owner plus up to five named instructor logins. Practice & Team supports up to 20 named accounts with organisation-controlled roles and assignments. Enterprise is tailored to the organisation.

Can teams and gym instructors have individual access?

Yes. ChatOptiq uses named sign-ins, not shared passwords. Gym & Coaching Studio can create scoped instructor logins. Practice & Team and Enterprise plans support invitations, role assignment, edition selection and client-work access control.

How are privacy, consent and AI processing handled?

Case access requires explicit assignment. Consent records are append-only, and conversation capture is blocked until current consent is granted. AI is visibly live, paused or in catch-up review. Suggestions remain unconfirmed until an authorised person reviews them.

Can ChatOptiq handle links, addresses, currency and language?

Within an authorised workspace, ChatOptiq can record web links, controlled map references with general, approximate or exact precision, and currency amounts. Organisations can set language and currency defaults. Translation is kept in a human-reviewed workflow until an approved language service is activated.

Is the public ChatOptiq guide a place to discuss a client matter?

No. The guide can explain the product, access and setup, but it must not receive personal, counselling, employment, legal or other case-identifying information. Use the signed-in, assigned workspace for authorised conversations.
