Use the current ChatOptiq experience for evaluation—not live case work.
The website and workspace preview explain the developing product. They are not yet an emergency, clinical, legal or production case-management service.
Current permitted use
Evaluation and demonstration.
You may use the public website to learn about ChatOptiq, request a demonstration and evaluate the synthetic workspace preview. Do not submit real client, participant, employee, legal-matter or other sensitive case information through the public website or preview.
No professional advice
ChatOptiq content and demonstrations do not provide medical, clinical, legal, safeguarding, employment or other professional advice. They do not replace an authorised professional or an organisation’s policies.
Accounts and access
Authentication confirms identity only. Access to an organisation, edition, case or function requires a separate authorised assignment. Users must not attempt to access information or functions they have not been assigned.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, test it with unlawfully obtained information, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, impersonate another person or use an AI-generated suggestion as if it were a confirmed professional finding.
Preview status
Features, wording, workflows and availability may change as governance, security, privacy and specialist review progress.
Intellectual property
The ChatOptiq name, design, content and product concepts remain protected by their applicable ownership rights. These terms do not transfer ownership.
